Selection Process:-
- Request a copy of an up to date CV if one was not supplied at the outset.
- A thorough interview – in person or over the telephone, to identify how the candidate wishes to continue with their career and how we can facilitate the job search.
- Discuss organizations that the candidate would like us to approach on their behalf and advise them of opportunities that they may not previously have considered. Our consultants will advise them on specific options, interview techniques and presentation.
- Introduce the candidates details to the clients they are interested in.
- Provide the candidate with full details of the clients and any specific positions they are recruiting for. We recognize the importance of providing all candidates with full briefing notes on roles and organizations and provide information including client corporate material, recent news articles and relevant features if the candidate requires.
- Arrange convenient interview times and dates and give feedback throughout the process.
- Negotiate a competitive rate or remuneration package.
- Provide services to candidates & clients according to
their preference.
